Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.
- A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-returnable items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Sale items (if stated as non-returnable)
- Intimate products (for hygiene reasons)
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank — processing times vary.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, email us at support@glamorlush.com.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please email us at support@glamorlush.com for the appropriate return address.
Note: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
